Are the bumpers easy to install?

Yes.  The bumpers are built to a very high standard, significantly higher than most aftermarket fiberglass bumpers.  Most bumpers will fit without any modifications however some may need minor trimming or slight pressure to conform.  The fiberglass is very strong and will accept pressure, when needed to conform, quite well.

Most of our bumpers were originally designed for the 2010~2014 Evora & Evora S body, and some people are interested in installing our bumpers on later 2016+ Evora 400/410/430 cars.  All our front & rear bumpers will fit all Evoras.  The front cooling ducts will need to be trimmed and adjusted on the 2010~2014 Evoras while the 2016+ 400 series cars will require additional trimming.  The air plenums for both chassis will accomodate all our designs however they may not be as sealed as the factory ductwork—we have not come across an environment , including track and race use, where this has affected the cars ability to maintain the same operating temperatures as before.

But also, No.  The bumpers will require many body panels and sub-surface items to be removed or loosened.  It’s a big job to remove the necessary panels and re-align everything after fitment—so it is best to have experience, a lot of patience, and a solid foundation of mechanical skills plus some electrical knowledge for lights and the removal/reinstallation of lights, sensors, backup cameras and other electric systems.  We recommend a professional custom body shop to perform the installation and painting however a large number of our bumpers have been owner installed in their own garage or workshop.

As opposed to custom body shops, there are also many body & collision shops that are good with the standard accident repair and insurance work but most of these body & collision shops will lack the expereince and patience to handle custom installation work on speciality cars.  We suggest visiting a few car customization body shops and finding a professional with a good reputation that you trust.  These custom body shops and 'Tuner' shops seem to handle installs with less hassle simply because they are usually more creative and flexible with unusual projects and also becuase they are often car enthusiasts and want to see your project completed in a way that will reflect well on their reputation.
