The Lotus Maintenance Schedule recommends the engine air filter be replaced every 36,000 miles or 4 years. Tracked Evoras fall under "special conditions” and Lotus recommends a very specific “as required” schedule.
These engine air filters fit all Evoras including 2010 - 2014 Evora & Evora S cars, and 2016+ Evora 400-series and GT-series cars. We offer two versions:
- Toyota OE: This is essentially the same filter as the Lotus OE however it may carry an updated Toyota part number. We get these directly from a Toyota distributor and they are around half the price of the Lotus OE Kit. There is no practical difference between this and the more expensive Lotus OE air filter.
- Lotus OE: We no longer offer the Lotus EO filter because it is exactly the same as the Toyota OE filter at ±50% markup.
These are the same Toyota filters used by Lotus dealerships and we get them from our Lotus U.K. distributor. They are stamped as a Toyota part with no additional Lotus marking on them, and Lotus supplies these loose (no box or bag) although we ship them in a bag to keep them clean.
